Job Title:Senior Treasury Management Advisor ILocation:West SaharaWhat you'll do:As a Senior Treasury Management Advisor, you'll be responsible at the divisional level for the development of new Treasury Management business, the expansion of existing business relationships and the delivery of the Treasury Management services to new and existing customers. You will assist with the design of new Treasury Management services and the development of marketing programs. One of your key responsibilities is to build strong partnerships with appropriate sales partners and Portfolio Managers to use consultative and strategic sales skills to turn prospects into clients and to expand business of existing customers.What we are looking for:

• Manages all elements of Treasury Management sales cycle including business development, prospect qualification, needs analysis and close of sale. Retains and grows customer portfolio with a program of service review, regular calling and industry training.
• Develops independent channels to prospect for new Treasury Management clients and manages the process to maintain a pipeline of potential targets. Completes calls independently or with appropriate partners on customers and prospects in the assigned territory with a focus on those with extensive, complex and/or multi-national treasury management requirements.
• Maintains current and comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, industry trends, competitive environment and service issues. Uses this knowledge to design customer-centric treasury management solutions and provide consultative expertise on the liquidity management cycle. Also responsible for providing industry and product training to internal and external audiences including customers, resource groups and Relationship Managers.
• Represents the Bank in the local and regional Treasury Management communities, and in industry groups.What you need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent from a college or university and (1) or more years related experience or, four (4) or more years related experience. Work related experience should consist of relevant experience in the financial industry. May have completed a credit training program or have experience working in a branch or TM support capacity. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BA) from a 4-year college or university and 3 or more years related experience or 5 plus years related experience in lieu of education. Work-related experience should consist of relevant experience in the financial industry.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking, including understanding of bank products, services, and regulations, policies and procedures, with an emphasis in treasury management, credit facilities, or a combination.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of deposit and payment products, and online technology platforms, sales concepts, and banking regulations.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $101,245.00 - $125,065.00 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
