Job Description:

As a Senior Business Tax Associate, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance, tax preparation, and explanations of tax and technical terms to our customers. You will also have the opportunity to shape the direction of one our newest product offerings, TurboTax Live Business, while working at the ranked company on Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with business tax preparation experience and excellent communication skills to help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax Business products.

• 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns
• Minimum of 2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience
• Commit to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week
• Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation is strongly preferred
• Experience preparing Business Tax returns for service industry customers preferred
• Must possess an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
• Working knowledge of Circular 230
• Proficient with technology and solid knowledge of computer operations and software
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria and a quiet location in which to work
• Must reside in the United States This is a virtual, customer-facing role, where you will use state-of-the-art video communications software to interact with customers. Your responsibilities will include providing tax advice, full service business return preparation and signature, product/software inquiries, tax calculations, filing tax extensions, creating high-quality customer interactions, utilizing government websites and professional resources, and working towards meeting company key performance metrics and Big Bet Goals.
