Seeking a professional, customer service oriented individual who?s ready to work in a fast paced environment. Candidate should be prepared and ready to wok ASAP.

Description:

Greet clients, schedules appointments, Possess excellent office and phone etiquette. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and have great attention to detail.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the responsibilities of the Front Office Representative (scheduling, registration and outside activities) include, but are not limited to:

? Participating in and working with members of management to effectively accomplish the day-to-day synchronization of all clerical activities at the front desk.

? Interacting professionally and cohesively with clients, technical staff and members of upper management.

? Performing support functions when called upon.

? Flexibility in accommodating changes in staffing and manager?s schedules.
