Job Description:
Construction Estimator
*3-5 Years experience in estimating commercial and tenant
improvements
*Tilt up experience required
*Reviews plans for potential projects
*Prepare invitations to bid
* Determine what building trades will be needed for project and
determine what subcontractors are needed.
*Prepare RFI's as to required to engineers to obtain the greatest
clarity of the details of the project.
*Review plans and specs for completeness and inconsistencies.
*Prepare a budget worksheet
*Process cost estimates during the course of the project for
requested changes and additional work.
Need to know basic Microsoft office and MS Project!
BA preferred in Business, construction management or
Architecture.
