Key Responsibilities
Lead the Customer Experience, Services, and Account Management
teams
Oversee accounts receivable, billing, and partnerships
Drive operational scalability and efficiency across departments
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Operations, preferably in
e-commerce or retail industries
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations
Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Proven experience in operations management in a fast-paced,
high-growth SaaS environment
Strong understanding of billing processes and customer experience
management
Experience in developing and executing operational strategies that
align with business objectives
