Director of FP&A role for a technology and gaming company in

software and gaming company in Las Vegas. They have seen success

that can help continue this growth.Description
- Lead the FP&A function, providing strategic financial
insights and recommendations to senior management and
stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support
budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, variances,
and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and manage
departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business
objectives.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports and analysis to
executive leadership, highlighting key metrics and performance
indicators.
- Drive the annual budgeting process, including forecasting
revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Implement and enhance FP&A tools and processes to improve
efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Conduct scenario analysis and support strategic decision-making
regarding investments, acquisitions, and product development.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team,
fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional
growth.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best
practices in financial planning and analysis.Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a
related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CMA,
CFA, etc.) preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles,
with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience in the technology or gaming industry is highly
desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex
financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial
stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques;
experience with financial software and ERP systems.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in
cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development
and mentorship.Job Offer
- Salary $170,000 to $210,000 plus bonus, equity and
benefits.
