Key Responsibilities
Spearhead the execution of scaling exceptional client experiences
through BPO
Lead vendor management and operational aspects with BPO
partners
Establish feedback loops to amplify the voice of the client across
the organization
Required Qualifications
5+ years in a leadership role with experience in BPO operations
Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and empower teams
Strong vision for client experience and passion for client
satisfaction
Experience in process mapping and process improvement
Bilingualism in French and English is considered a strong asset
