The Senior Product Manager for Veteran Benefits Guide will play a
pivotal role in leading and overseeing the entire product portfolio
of the company. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams,
this senior leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a
proven track record in product management, a strategic mindset, and
the ability to mentor and manage a team of direct reports.Project
Description
Be the driving force behind a ground-breaking web application
designed specifically to streamline and enhance medical care
delivery across the country for our military Veterans. As the
Senior Product Manager, you'll own the entire product lifecycle,
leading the charge from conception and design to launch and
continuous optimization. This is an exciting opportunity to

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Work
Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role
routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones,
photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.Physical

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to talk and listen. The employee frequently is required to

hands and arms.Position Type
This is a full-time exempt position. This is a hybrid set up with 4
days in office and 1 day remote. Days and hours of work are Monday
through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Schedules must be approved by
supervisors.Core Business Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with in-office
attendance required four times a week and one optional remote day.
Occasional after-hours coverage may be necessary. This position
will participate in the on-call rotation.Travel
Travel to the San Diego office may be required 3-4 times per year
as needed. Offsite training or meeting travel is estimated to be
less than 5%.Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred (Engineering, Information
Technology, Computer Science, etc. a major plus).EEO
