Responsible for leading the Housekeeping, EVS, and Uniforms team in achieving operational and financial goals. Responsible for monitoring the performance, scheduling, and training of the staff; maintaining the department's guest service in accordance with MGM Resorts standards, ensuring high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee leadership in the development and monitoring of housekeeping, EVS, and uniforms departments' fiscal budget and guest service standards, to maximize revenue opportunities to produce both short-term and long-term profitability.
• Oversee implementation of policies, operating procedures, training programs, directives, work schedules, rules, and regulations for housekeeping, EVS, and Uniforms staff and personnel, in response to business demands.
• Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and coach front office staff for the efficient operation of the department. Drive employee engagement through coaching, training, and development.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience within the housekeeping, EVS, and uniforms department, consistent with the company's service standards.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Bachelor's Degree in hospitality, management, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ Years of experience in the direction and management of employees in a similar hotel environment which includes at least three (3) years of experience in housekeeping operations management
  • Strong overall knowledge of housekeeping operations
  • Excellent customer service skills
