Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in various clinical and administrative tasks. If you are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient service and have a strong knowledge of medical procedures, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:- Perform routine patient care activities, including taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and assisting with examinations- Administer medications, including injections and inhalations, as directed by healthcare providers- Assist with minor surgical procedures and provide support during medical emergencies- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean, stocked, and organized- Provide patient education on various medical conditions and treatment options- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, and managing medical records- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean working environmentExperience:- Proven experience as a Certified Medical Assistant or relevant healthcare position- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support- Proficient in performing vital signs measurements accurately- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and medical office procedures- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient service- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:- Valid certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited institution- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferredWe offer competitive compensation packages along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
