Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual School Social Worker to
support K-12 students in a remote learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' social,
emotional, and behavioral needs
Collaborate with educators and parents to develop and implement
intervention plans
Provide virtual counseling sessions and participate in IEP
meetings
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
State licensure as a School Social Worker or eligibility to obtain
licensure
Experience working with K-12 students with mild to moderate
diagnoses
Strong understanding of the IEP process
Proficiency in using technology for virtual sessions
