Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our kitchen team at Momofuku Las Vegas.About the Role:The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing all food items in a sanitary and timely manner, in accordance with recipe specifications and presentation requirements.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items as directed, maintaining high standards of sanitation and quality.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning, organization, and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to achieve seamless service.
• Support the culinary team in receiving goods and managing inventory.Requirements:
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for food and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Preferred Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience as a Prep Cook, Commis, or Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant.
    • Proven ability to train new kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team environment.Physical Demands:
