Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Manager to oversee
payroll processing and team leadership in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with
labor laws and company policies
Lead and develop a high-performing team of payroll specialists
Manage compliance audits and collaborate with Accounting, Finance,
and HR to ensure accurate payroll reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
or a related field
15+ years of experience in payroll management with leadership
experience
Proven track record of implementing payroll best practices and
enhancing operational efficiency
5+ years of expertise in payroll software (e.g., Workday, SAP)
Ability to maintain compliance under pressure and tight
deadlines
