At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.THE JOB:It is the primary responsibility of the Bus Runner to maintain the assigned section and keep tables in a clean, sanitary condition. This includes removing dirty dishes and debris from the tables and supplying tables and side stations with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments. The bus runner also works in conjunction with Food Servers to ensure that outstanding guest service is constantly achieved. This includes ensuring efficient delivery of food to the restaurant.THE STARTING RATE:$13.9552 plus tipsTHE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment
• Keep floors free of debris and spills
• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property
• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
• Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom
• Assist with proper stock rotation
• Run food as required by the DepartmentTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Prior experience in a similar customer service role.
  • Exhibits proficiency in a high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure
