  • Type of equipment - O-ARM, advanced microscopes
  • EMR - Meditech
  • Typical hiring profile: Skill Set Most recruited for must have active experience with complicated and complex CVOR cases.
    • Job Requirements
    • Active experience with complicated and complex CVOR cases
    • Must include both first and second scrub roles
    • Candidates that have done bypass, ECMO
      • Schedule Information
      • Day Shift - 4 team leaders, 1 board runner, 3 PCT, 20ish nurses, 22ish tecs
      • Night Shift - 1 board runner, 2 teams (CTS and RN)
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Number of Staff - Approx 100
        • Patient Ratios
        • Preferred or nice to have: candidates with Congenital CV experience, Pediatric CV experience
        • List typical procedures performed on unit(s): CABG, Carotid Endarterectomy, Structural heart repair, Congenital defects (VSD, PFO)
        • Best personality Fit: Tough, strong-willed, thick skin
