Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Application Systems Analyst to
provide application support for the Registration and Scheduling
system.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical application solutions and support for assigned
business areas
Coordinate application upgrades and work with testing teams to
ensure smooth implementations
Analyze and resolve incident and change order tickets within
required SLAs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
BA or BS degree preferred or relevant combination of training and
experience
5+ years of practical experience in technical support and
maintenance of assigned products
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Project,
PowerPoint)
Experience with Cerner Soarian application is preferred
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
