Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project & Services Consultant to
assist customers and internal partners with product implementation
and support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer support requests and troubleshoot issues related to
digital products
Coordinate changes and updates to customer implementations and
conduct system evaluations
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure
project success and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related
field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in technical customer service, preferably
in the financial services or FinTech industry
Familiarity with SaaS solutions and case tracking software
Experience in consumer lending or mortgage servicing is
preferred
Knowledge of Sagent's LoanServ and Tempo products is a plus
