    Skill Set:

    • 5+ years of experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the public records domain, a service company, or a legal setting (e.g., paralegal/legal assistant in a law firm or corporate legal department).
      
    • Extensive experience in UCC, specifically collaborating with law firms, is required.
      
    • Knowledge of the legal sector and familiarity with legal software solutions, products, and services.
      
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a keen interest in the legal market and public records.
      
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
      
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
